The UQ Leadership Survey is a 360-degree feedback tool to support your development.The steps below outline what is required of you, and what you can expect throughout the process.

  1. Start the process
  2. Select your survey respondents
  3. Invite your survey respondents
  4. Complete the survey
  1. Receive the report and develop your action plan
  2. Implement and share your action plan
  3. Repeat the survey

7. Repeat the survey

We recommend you repeat the survey approximately every three years. This gives you an opportunity to gain more feedback, and identify changes that have occurred. It also ensures there is enough time between surveys for you to make changes, and for this to be observed and noted by your colleagues.
