The UQ Leadership Survey is a 360-degree feedback tool to support your development.The steps below outline what is required of you, and what you can expect throughout the process.

  1. Start the process
  2. Select your survey respondents
  3. Invite your survey respondents
  4. Complete the survey
  1. Receive the report and develop your action plan
  2. Implement and share your action plan
  3. Repeat the survey

You must complete the survey yourself. Self-rating is an important part of 360-degree feedback, as it enables you to:

  • Familiarise yourself with the behaviours you are being rated on.
  • Test your own perceptions against those of others.

Try to be as honest and fair as you can in your ratings.
