4. Complete the survey

You must complete the survey yourself. Self-rating is an important part of 360-degree feedback, as it enables you to:

  • Familiarise yourself with the behaviours you are being rated on.
  • Test your own perceptions against those of others.

Try to be as honest and fair as you can in your ratings.
