Students and staff are invited to the UQ Ally Network Picnic to recognise Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) on 26 March. TDOV is recognised internationally to celebrate transgender people and raising awareness of discrimination faced by transgender people worldwide.
The UQ School of Languages and Cultures Korean program welcomes to Brisbane Professor Chung-in Moon, Special Advisor to President Moon Jae-in of South Korea for Foreign Affairs and National Security. Professor Moon will present 'North Korea's Denuclearization: Now and Future' on Wednesday 20 March. For more information, contact events@languages-cultures.uq.edu.au.
Submissions for semester 2, 2019 Student-Staff Partnership Projects are now open. Staff members who have a project idea that will help enhance the UQ student experience are encouraged to apply. Submissions close 25 May. All suitable projects will receive funding for student partner grants. Visit the Student-Staff Partnership Projects web page for more details.
