Research Week starts today and will celebrate a record number of UQ researchers, supervisors and exceptional work across the University. Events include the gala awards night, UQ 3MT competition, the Research Capabilities Showcase and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Research Forum.
UQ will be joining friends from QUT, Griffith, USQ and USC under a University Unity banner for the Brisbane Pride Rally and March on Saturday 21 September. Join the symposium for an afternoon of exciting talks and poster exploring roles of metals in living. Topics include metalloenzymes, antimicrobials, metal homeostasis and novel therapeutics. Submit a poster presentation – the two best posters receives a people's choice prize.
