Apply for Study for Staff

Apply now to take advantage of the Study for Staff Program in Semester 1, 2025. This program offers significant staff discounts on a select range of UQ graduate certificates to help you pursue your professional growth. Semester 1 applications for the Graduate Certificate of Business Administration close on Friday 29 November 2024. Applications for all other programs close on Friday 17 January 2025.

UQ Thanks You: St Lucia and Dutton Park

Over the past few weeks, staff at Herston and Gatton campuses enjoyed celebrating their 2024 successes at their UQ Thanks You events. Registration is still open for the Dutton Park (Thursday 21 November) and St Lucia (Friday 29 November) events. All staff – continuing, fixed term and casual – who work at these campuses are invited to reserve a free ticket for an afternoon of complimentary food, beverages and live entertainment.

UQ Update holiday break

The last UQ Update edition for 2024 will be distributed on Monday 9 December. Please submit your stories and events before 5pm on Thursday 5 December to be included in this edition. We will restart our weekly distribution of UQ Update on Monday 20 January 2025. Before making a submission, please read the UQ Update guidelines so you can easily and quickly complete our submission form.
