On Wednesday 30 October, the 2024 UQ Alumni Award winners were announced at the annual Courting the Greats Ceremony at Customs House in Brisbane. The 17 award recipients embody our university’s dedication to the public good. Enrolments are now open for the ‘Summer Series’ of leadership development workshops, running from December 2024 to March 2025. Staff interested in attending one of the 3-hour face-to-face workshops can enrol via Workday. The 5 topics covered in the workshops align to the UQ Leadership Framework. Academic staff who received an email invitation on Thursday 31 October are encouraged to celebrate our newest graduating cohort by registering to attend relevant December graduation ceremonies. Please note that only invited academic staff should register for these events. Registrations close at 5pm on Wednesday 27 November.
