2025 Pulse Survey: deadline extended

With last week’s focus on ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred, the 2025 Pulse Survey has been extended by a week to give everyone more time to have their say. It is now open until 5pm on Friday 28 March.

Book your free flu vaccine

Registrations have now opened for UQ’s annual free influenza vaccination program. The program is open to all UQ staff, UQ affiliate staff, and students. The program is available from Monday 31 March to mid-April at our St Lucia, Gatton, Herston, Dutton Park, UQ Brisbane City, Indooroopilly and Long Pocket locations. Vaccination appointments are always in high demand, so book online today to reserve your spot and protect yourself this flu season.

Study for Staff: applications now open

Apply now to take advantage of the Study for Staff program in Semester 2, 2025. This program offers staff a significant fee subsidy on a select range of UQ graduate certificates to help support your growth and career development. Applications close Thursday 24 April for the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Friday 23 May for all other programs.

It’s Integrity Week at UQ: register for events

This week, from Monday 17 March to Friday 21 March, is Integrity Week at UQ. All staff and students can learn more about and celebrate the UQ value of integrity at events at St Lucia, Gatton and online. There are many activities and events throughout the week, including workshops about being an ethical bystander, research integrity, and using artificial intelligence with integrity.
