The UQ Leadership Survey is a 360-degree feedback tool to support your development.The steps below outline what is required of you, and what you can expect throughout the process.

1. Start the process

Gathering feedback from people you work with enables you to understand their perceptions and the impact of your leadership behaviour. This information provides the basis for your leadership development planning, supporting you to continue becoming a more effective leader.

Whether you are completing the survey as part of a UQ Leadership Program or other ad-hoc process, the Organisational Culture and Capability team within HR will  guide you through the process and what is expected.
