Staff can purchase a printer or multifunction device (MFD - a document output machine that performs functions like printing, copying, scanning and faxing) via UQeMarket from the following authorised suppliers:

You can browse through their catalogues on UQeMarket, where you'll find full descriptions of each product to help you make your choice.

If the printers and MFDs on UQeMarket don't meet your business needs, you can request a custom quote.

See instructions to purchase a printer or MFD from UQeMarket.

The keywords to find a printer or MFD in UQeMarket are:

  • UQ Printer Desktop
  • UQ Printer MFD

The MFDs do not include a Papercut licence. If you are replacing an existing MFD with a new device of the same brand, your existing licence will remain valid. However, if you're switching brands (from a Konica to Ricoh or vice versa), you must purchase a cross-grade licence. Any additional MFD will require a Papercut licence which must be purchased by contacting the supplier using the details listed against the MFD on UQeMarket.

The printers or MFDs come with a service plan that involve Cost-Per-Copy (CPC), where the payment is based on the number of pages printed for up to five years. After five years, there will be an increase in CPC per year. The service plan includes parts, labour and toner but excludes paper and staples.
