AV systems
There are a range of AV systems that are commonly used across the University for signage, meeting rooms and teaching spaces.
A number of factors influence the requirements of these systems. To get a quote for a solution that meets your needs, request an AV Projects service (staff login required).
If you need AV equipment for an event you're running, an AV equipment hire service is available.
AV signage
Digital signage systems are display screens that are often used for timetable display, marketing and announcements. Content is managed using Appspace. Display sizes generally range from 32” to 55”, although other sizes are available if required.
Meeting rooms
Meeting room systems allow you to present content via a laptop or meeting room computer. These systems also allow for remote conferencing via Zoom and other conferencing software.
Teaching spaces
There are a large variety of teaching and presentation systems available, as spaces and requirements vary greatly across UQ. Request an AV Projects service (staff login required) to discuss your needs.
AV equipment
Staff can purchase small audiovisual (AV) equipment such as pointers and presenters from UQeMarket.
