Ordering

To order landline phone services and accessories you can either:

For organisations external to UQ, all requests must be made via the Voice Operations Telephone Helpline. For instructions on the ordering process, see the Landline Requests for External Organisations User Guide (PDF, 393KB).

Contact the Telephone Helpline

You can submit a landline request by calling the Voice Operations Telephone Helpline on (07) 3365 1000. Your landline request will be sent to your team's financial delegate for approval before being processed.

Once you have submitted your request, you can track its progress through the LANDesk Voice Services Support Dashboard (staff login required).

Submit a LANDesk request

If you're a financial delegate, you can submit a landline request through the Voice Services LANDesk Electronic Service Catalogue (staff login required).

Once submitted, the request can be tracked through the LANDesk Voice Services Support Dashboard (staff login required).

Installation

Your phone will be delivered and connected by ITS. Once installed, you can follow the instructions to set-up a voicemail mailbox or PIN, if required.

Moving offices or desks

If you change departments or desks and take your landline with you, submit an IT request so your contact and billing information can be updated.
