Throughout the year, we offer health, safety, and wellness events to help you brush up on your skills, learn new ways to keep your work environment safe and take charge of your personal well-being.

15 minute exercise challenge
Start your year off right with the 6-week 15 Minute Exercise Challenge. This team challenge helps you make movement a part of your daily routine – no matter your fitness level – and connect with your colleagues.
Registrations close Monday 23 February (end of week one of the challenge), so get your team of 4-8 together and sign up before the challenge starts on Monday 16 February.
