 Just in time learning, focused on short bursts of useful support that can be readily applied. Topics are to upskill manager, supervisors and staff on how to lead and participate in continuous performance and development at UQ.

Leading Annual Performance and Development

 This skill-based and interactive workshop for managers and supervisors with focuses on holding effective, development-focused APD conversations.  Local level sessions are offered by request only via HR Client Partnering Training via their org unit head. APD Foundations is a pre-requisite to this course.
