- Consider any feedback you have for me to improve how we work together

The purpose of the APD mid-year check-in is …(e.g. for us to connect to discuss how you’ve been going, look ahead for the remainder of the year and talk about your continued growth and development.)
I propose that we discuss the following. However, this conversation is intended for you to get the support you need so please add any aspect that might be helpful to you onto the agenda.
- Progress against goals
- Goal review for relevance and alignment
- Roadblocks/challenges
- Career and development
To best prepare for our conversation I would encourage you to:
- Review the goals we set as part of your last APD conversation, the progress made and expected results for the remainder of the year (please update your progress via Workday)
- Consider how your goals may need to shift for the remainder of the year to meet changing priorities and update these in Workday
- Reflect on any challenges you are experiencing and support you might need
- Consider any feedback you have for me to improve how we work together
To help me best prepare for our conversation could you please make any required updates to your goals in Workday one-week prior to our meeting.
