Training and support for UniFi

UniFi training

All Finance training (including UniFi training) is accessed via the Finance Topic within Workday. Use the search functionality to locate your relevant course.

Training is required for access to specific roles in UniFi. However, even if there's no required training for your role, we strongly recommend you still complete any relevant UniFi online training.

Training Success Meters

Training Success Meters (TSMs) measure your understanding of processes and ability to complete tasks in UniFi. You may need to successfully complete relevant TSMs to gain access to specific UniFi roles.

TSMs are in Lesson 2 within the relevant finance topic within Workday.

Finance topics and tasks training

We also run classroom training for various finance topics and tasks. These can also be accessed via the relevant finance topic within Workday.
