Here's what you can and can't submit under the 'Signage' problem type in ARCHIBUS.

Includes

This problem type includes:

Internal way-finding and room identification signage (e.g. toilets, door signs, directories)
Braille and tactile signage
External way-finding and building identification signage.

Excludes

This problem type does not include:

Fire and non-electrical emergency evacuation signage. Select Fire services.
Emergency lighting. Select Electrical.
Whiteboards. Select Carpentry internal.

Information required

When logging a service request, please provide the following information:

Upload a photo, if possible.
Dimensional information, if possible.
Sign content and/or what content needs updating.
