Security system custodian applications (ServiceFM problem type)

Here's what you can and can't submit under the 'Security system custodian applications' problem type in ARCHIBUS.

Includes

This problem type includes:

Applications for custodianship of:

• Keys
• Access control
• Intruder alarm systems (SiPass and alarms).

Audit trails.

Reporting for all security systems (e.g. database reports for alarms and card readers).

Updating alarm contacts, including fridge and freezer alarms.

Excludes

This problem type does not include:

• Faults with locks or keys. Select Locks and keys.
• Installation, configuration and modification of locks and keys. Select Locks and keys user funded.
• Faults with CCTV. Select CCTV.
• Installation of CCTV. Select CCTV user funded.
• Faults with intruder alarms. Select Intruder alarms/duress.
• Installation of intruder alarms, PIN requests, change of zones. Select Intruder alarms/duress user funded.

For SiPass and alarm applications: submit a Security System Application Form (DOCX, 58.4 KB) with the request.

For all Key Custodian applications: submit a Key Custodian Application Form (DOCX, 53 KB) with the request.
