Includes
This problem type includes:
Faults with intruder alarms:
- Code pad issues
- System not reporting
- Duress alarms.
Audit trails
Database reporting
Updating alarm contacts
Excludes
This problem type does not include:
- Requests for UQ staff to access intruder alarm systems. Select Security system custodian applications.
- Updating alarm contacts. Select Security system custodian applications.
- PIN requests or changes to zones/areas of existing intruder alarm systems. Select Intruder alarms/duress user funded.
- Any user-funded intruder alarm systems (i.e new installations). Select Intruder alarms/duress user funded.

When logging a service request, please provide the following information:
What is happening on the code pad:
- Are any error messages displaying?
- Is it beeping? Are buttons faulty?
- Is it accepting codes?
Is it locking or unlocking the door?
Is the motion detector damaged?
Has the duress or break-glass button been activated?
Is there a fault with the computer tamper alarm?
