UQeMarket training

    Access the UQeMarket online training modules through Workday. The modules contain information about:

    • searching and comparing products
    • adding items to a basket
    • creating a free format order
    • checking out.

    Product issues

    If you have a complaint about a product, contact the supplier. Their contact information can be found under the 'Supplier Info' tab for the item in UQeMarket.

    If you’re unhappy with their response, or it’s a major issue, contact the UQeMarket team (uqemarket@uq.edu.au).

    System errors and access issues

    Email the UQeMarket team (uqemarket@uq.edu.au) and provide:

    • a screenshot of any errors or problems
    • the web browser you are using
    • the error number, if displayed
    • the requisition or purchase order number
    • a description of what you were doing immediately before the error occurred
    • any other information you think may be relevant.
