Expense management system – ExpenseMe Pro
UQ’s Expense Management System (EMS), ExpenseMe Pro, is designed for easy reconciliation of corporate card expenses and expense claims, as well as enabling fast and simple receipt capture and upload from mobile devices.
Accessing ExpenseMe Pro
If you are a UQ staff member or paid HDR student you'll automatically have access to ExpenseMe Pro. Non-staff, including contractors, students and volunteers, do not have access to ExpenseMe Pro. Access ExpenseMe Pro using your UQ username and password. Email the Payment Services team at expenses@uq.edu.au if you need to reactivate your ExpenseMe Pro account.
Using the ExpenseMe Pro app
The free ExpenseMe Pro app is available for both iPhone and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play. The app allows you to:
- capture images of receipts
- reconcile simple corporate credit card transactions
- submit expense claims immediately.
