Vaccination self-declaration audit process commencing 7 February

As outlined in the COVID-19 Vaccination procedure PPL2.60.09 (section 4), an audit process will be implemented to verify statements made in vaccination declarations.

A sample of staff and student self-declarations will be compiled and those in the sample will be forwarded notification by email of their participation in the audit process. The audit process will be commencing the week of 7 February.

The individuals will be required to provide evidence of their vaccination or exemption status by providing a copy of their COVID-19 digital certificate (Apple/Android Wallet) or an electronic copy of their COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
