Here's what you can and can't submit under the ‘BMS controls’ problem type in ARCHIBUS.

Includes

This problem type includes:

• Air conditioning too hot or too cold
• Air conditioning Set Points adjustments
• Air conditioning timers and schedules
• Building Management System
• BMS critical alarms
• Dehumidification controls

Excludes

This problem type does not include:

• Cold rooms or freezer rooms. Select Refrigeration.
• Defrosting fridges. Select Refrigeration. This is a user-funded request.
• Degassing fridges. Select Refrigeration. This is a user-funded request.
• Ice machines. Select Refrigeration. This is a user-funded request.
• Fume cupboards. Select Scientific equipment.
• Mould in unit. Select Mould.
• Air vents. Select Air conditioning.
• Toilet exhaust fans. Select Air conditioning.
• Air conditioning leaks (is it causing damage?). Select Air conditioning.
• Air conditioning making unusual sound. Select Air conditioning.
