Mould (ServiceFM problem type)

Here's what you can and can't submit under the 'Mould' problem type in ARCHIBUS.

Includes

This problem type includes mould and fungus in:

• Air conditioning vents and units
• Grills
• Walls
• Carpets.

Excludes

This problem type does not include:

• Ceiling tile discolouration. This is usually caused by a water leak. Select Carpentry internal.
• Mould in external locations (e.g. pathways). Select Grounds hardscape.
