Grounds hardscape (ServiceFM problem type)

Here's what you can and can't submit under the 'Grounds hardscape' problem type in ARCHIBUS.

Includes

This problem type includes:

• Braille trails
• External steps
• Fences in grounds and gardens
• Footpath, road, and car park maintenance
• Mould on external areas (e.g. pathways)
• Road line marking
• Road pot holes and minor resurfacing
• Road sweeping
• Path, pavement and surface drain cleaning.

St Lucia roads that are UQ's responsibility are coloured solid grey on the 'Select Location' map. Roads that are the Brisbane City Council's responsibility are outlines only.

Other roadworks, including roundabouts, major resurfacing or speed bumps, should be handled by a P&F project officer/project manager.

Excludes

This problem type does not include:

• Lights out in external areas. Select Lights external.
• Lawn, lake and garden maintenance. Select Grounds landscape.
• Oval and playing fields maintenance. Select Grounds ovals.
