Here's what you can and can't submit under the 'Lights external' problem type in ARCHIBUS.

Includes

This problem type includes:

External street lights
Car park lights
Pathway lighting
Roof lights
Lights under seating
Bridge lighting
Oval lighting.

Excludes

This problem type does not include:

Internal lighting. Select Lights internal.

Information required

When logging a service request, please provide the following information:

Exact location
Description of light type (e.g. pathway, security, street light).
