Cleaning (ServiceFM problem type)
Here's what you can and can't submit under the 'Cleaning' problem type in ARCHIBUS.

Includes
This problem type includes:
- Ad-hoc cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- Graffiti removal**
- Leaves around the external perimeter of a building
- Litter
- Overflowing bins
- Periodic cleaning
- Replacement of toilet consumables, such as toilet paper, hand towels or soap
- Scheduled cleaning
- Spills.
** Cleaning will assess how to best remove graffiti. If the graffiti can't be removed by cleaning, cleaners will log a job with PF Assist to have the area painted. Please specify if the graffiti is obscene or racist.
Excludes
This problem type does not include:
- Air conditioning vents. Select Air conditioning.
- Waste services. Select Waste.
