Information Technology Services (ITS) in consultation with Finance and Business Services (FBS) are refreshing the underlying infrastructure of OneStopSecure (OSS).
Between 9:00am and 12:00pm on Saturday 25 July 2020 there will be an online payment outage. Payments will not be able to be made to UQ during this time, either online or via OneStop integrated point of sale terminals. Examples of payments include student fees, payment of events, top-up library services and traffic fines. This will also mean that no payment files will be processed in UniFi, SI-net and other systems on this day.
Please keep this date in mind and plan payment deadlines around that date to ensure there are no impacts to your area. If required, please organise communications of this outage to your customers.
