Improvements to UQ survey tool

UQ is upgrading Checkbox, the University’s centrally supported survey tool, to deliver an improved experience for survey creators and respondents. The enhanced tool will be ready for use in late May or early June, but you can see a preview of any survey you manage while the upgrade is in progress.   

To see how your survey will look when the upgrade has been applied, visit the Development-only system (you will need to use the VPN if you are accessing it from off campus). Feel free to view and test this version, but remember it is a development site and no changes you make here will be made live. We will notify UQ staff of the date the Checkbox tool will be upgraded when testing is complete.

The upgrade will improve the experience and usability for people responding to a survey on mobile devices. Staff creating surveys will see major enhancements to the survey administration interface, a new reporting dashboard and improved integration with UQ staff directories. Please note that survey questions and the response data of current or previous surveys, will not be affected by the upgrade.
