In 2024, UQ is once again participating in the UniForum Service Effectiveness Survey.
An email with your unique UniForum survey link was sent out on Friday 25 October 2024. Please do not forward on your unique survey link — if somebody else uses your link, you will not be able to respond.
It takes about 15 minutes to complete and closes at 5pm on Monday 18 November 2024.
About the survey
This year the survey will cover a different set of services from last year, and includes service areas such as IT, HR, Finance and Student Support. Staff in both professional and academic roles are encouraged to respond.
The results and benchmarking provided by your response support the planning and development of key services, as well as UQ’s process redesign and investment priorities.
Your feedback and the survey results help us understand which services meet your needs and which would benefit from improvement. Please only respond to services you use, not to those you are involved in providing.
External consultancy Cubane Consulting conducts this survey on behalf of universities involved in the global UniForum program. UQ’s results are compiled and benchmarked against other participating universities.
