We often hear that UQ staff would like to know more about the huge range of benefits and services available to them. So we made it easy — bringing our benefits providers together under one roof in an event for all staff, for the second year running.

The All Staff Expo 2024 featured a line-up of UQ’s partners, UQ teams, and service providers — all gathered to share their offerings and opportunities with you.

Staff came along to find out about superannuation, investigate salary sacrifice options, nail down a great fitness deal, save money on holidays and car hire, learn about child care options, or tap into free nutrition and health advice.

Congratulations to our draw winners

In preparation for the All Staff Expo, we invited you to tell us about the best UQ staff benefit you’ve enjoyed. We heard from UQ staff members who’ve saved hundreds on car hire, been motivated by incredible personal trainers, accessed free counselling for themselves or their family members, or even held a birthday dinner at an amazing UQ venue.

Congratulations to Ange Orr who was randomly selected as the best benefit draw winner and won a $100 Customs House (Patina) voucher.

Staff who attended the All Staff Expo checked into the event via a QR code at the door. Four of these staff members were randomly selected via a draw to win a $50 Patina Voucher. Congratulations to the draw winners Natalie Armstrong, Xuqian Li, Abhishek Kulkarni and Bridget Dougherty.

Almost 1,000 staff members attended the second annual All Staff Expo at the UQ Centre, St Lucia to discover more about the huge range of benefits and services on offer to them. More than 50 exhibitors were on hand to share information about everything from superannuation and salary sacrificing to great fitness deals and ways to save money on a new car.
