Security system reports (ServiceFM problem type)

Here's what you can submit under the ‘Security system reports’ problem type in ARCHIBUS.

This problem type includes:

• Requests for historical audit log reports from the Security systems, e.g. SiPass audit trail reports to understand who swiped in where and when. This requires a reason for the request and a date/time period. Release of the report is at Security’s discretion as we need to consider privacy implications.
• Request for other types of database reports from the Security systems, e.g. how many generic cards are assigned to a particular Org Unit.

Please note that these requests are usually submitted by Card Custodians or Managers and above.
