Digital signs at UQ
Digital signs are electronic display screens that are used across UQ for communication and promotion.
You can use digital signs to:
- advertise upcoming events and activities
- promote major projects
- display live room timetables
- communicate faculty or University dates and deadlines
- show photos of recent events.
Most digital signs at UQ are managed through a central system called Appspace, which provides high quality templates and access to shared content from across UQ. See the Appspace user guide for more information about accessing and using Appspace.
Submit an IT request if you:
- want to use digital signs in your area
- have existing digital signs that don't use Appspace.
Found a problem with a digital sign?
You can report a faulty digital sign (staff login required) if you notice any problems with digital signs across campus.
Promotion on central marketing signs
The Office of Marketing and Communications manages central digital signs at key locations on the St Lucia campus. These signs are used to promote University functions and events, corporate messages, campus activities and initiatives.
You can request to have your event or message promoted on these signs.
