SAM (ServiceFM problem type)

Here's what you can and can't submit under the ‘SAM’ problem type in ARCHIBUS.

Includes

This problem type includes:

• Free services for small works across UQ campuses including:
• Installing whiteboards and pinboards.
• Hanging pictures, hooks and brackets.
• New doorstops and closers.

Excludes

This problem type does not include:

• Renovations.
• Removalists.
• Maintenance or repairs.

Information required

When logging a service request, please provide the following information:

• Location of the works (building and rooms number).
• What work is required?
• Please confirm that you have sourced the significant materials required (e.g. whiteboards and pinboards) prior to submitting this request.
