Parking infrastructure (ServiceFM problem type)

Here's what you can and can't submit under the 'Parking infrastructure' problem type in ARCHIBUS.

Includes

This problem type includes:

• Reports relating to UQ controlled parking spaces, ticketing machines, boom gates and signage.
• Reports relating to EV charging stations, bike racks and Bike Boxes.

Excludes

This problem type does not include:

• CellOPark – please contact PF Assist (07 3365 2222) for CellOPark support (07 5646 5222).
• Road maintenance, including curbs, gutters and sidewalks – please use the problem type ‘Grounds hardscape’.
• Lighting systems (streetlights, LED fixtures or other illumination) – please use the ‘Lights external’ problem type.
