Events (ServiceFM problem type)

Here's what you can and can't submit under the 'Events' problem type in ARCHIBUS.

Includes

This problem type includes requests for:

• Event waste services
• Event power services
• Event signage fitting
• Event cleaning services.

Excludes

This problem type does not include:

• Event approval
• Site set-up services.

Information required

When logging a service request, please provide the following information:

• Confirmation that you have submitted an Event Application Form.
• Event name, date, time, and location.
• What services are required for the event. Please note that you will need to submit a request for each service type requested due to the different service providers.
• When and where are the services required.
