This problem type includes:

  • Broken lights
  • Not dialling out
  • No voice response.

Information required

When logging a service request, please provide the following information:

  • Is the light box damaged?
  • Is the call connecting to Security?
  • Is there one-way audio or no audio at all?
  • Is the bollard damaged?
