Here's what you can and can't submit under the 'Boom gates' problem type in ARCHIBUS.

Includes

This problem type includes boom gate malfunctions at the following locations:

  • St Lucia (Staff House Road and Chancellery Carpark)
  • Herston (Oral Health Centre)
  • Dutton Park
  • Pinjarra Hills.

Excludes

This problem type does not include boom gate malfunctions at the following locations:

  • Queensland Bioscience Precinct.

Information required

When logging a service request, please provide the following information:

  • Description of fault.
  • Is boom gate up or down?
  • Is repair urgent (i.e. are vehicles unable to exit or enter the carpark)?
