Support for Audio Visual related technology in specified teaching and meeting rooms. This includes regular equipment and systems testing and maintenance. Users in specified rooms have access to on-call help via telephone and in-person assistance.

  • Consumable item replacement costs eg lamps, damaged HDMI leads.

Services Not Included

  • Audio Visual design and installation service. This service is offered by ITS and a comprehensive quote will be provided covering all aspects of equipment supply, installation, programming and labour.
  • Out of hours support by negotiation.

Consumption Management Tips

  • Use the UQBookit booking system.
  • Consult with ITS when refreshing AV equipment to ensure systems are maintained. Also, ITS is currently funded to replace AV equipment on a 7 year replacement cycle.

Unit of Charge and Charging Model

  • Quote based on size of room, functionality and equipment.
  • Replacement or equipment repair by manufacturer or agent is charged after quotation.
