15 Apr 2019

The Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) has placed an open call for project proposals that investigate the issues, trends, gaps and requirements relating to research storage and computing infrastructures.

The ARDC hopes to consult with a broad range of people to investigate what infrastructures are needed to foster research excellence, create collaborative data platforms, and maximise the value of data assets.

If you are passionate about the technologies, techniques and services that underpin research data, you are invited to submit your project proposal to the ARDC by 10 May 2019. Projects with a completion date of 13 September 2019 and a maximum budget of A$50,000 are eligible for funding.

For more information on the initiative, including eligibility and application details, please visit the storage and compute program page, where you can also access their informative webinar.
