Celebrating 40 years of the ATSIS Unit

Join us in celebrating 40 years of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (ATSIS) Unit at UQ. Events will run from Monday 4 to Monday 11 August at St Lucia and Gatton, recognising the Unit’s impact on students, staff, and community.

Research and Innovation Week 2025

Registrations are now open for Research and Innovation (R&I) Week. Celebrate Australia’s most influential and impactful researchers by registering for one of the 25 free events taking place across UQ campuses, sites and online. Whether you're a HDR student; an early, mid or experienced career researcher; or a professional staff member supporting research activity, there’s something for everyone.

All Staff Expo tomorrow

There’s still time to register for tomorrow’s All Staff Expo at St Lucia. Between 10am and 1pm on Tuesday 5 August, visit the UQ Centre to learn about the great range of benefits available to staff. Come and meet UQ teams, partners and service providers while enjoying free coffee, food and giveaways. Save the date: UQ Thanks You 2025

The annual UQ Thanks You events are back again in 2025. This November, come together with your colleagues to celebrate the end of another successful year at UQ. Events will be held at all 4 campuses – on Tuesday 4 November at Dutton Park, Friday 7 November at Herston, Thursday 27 November at Gatton, and Friday 28 November at St Lucia.
