Timekeeper Lodgement and Approval for Professional Staff
Professional Casual Employees:
All outstanding claims relating to and inclusive of Friday 7 June 2019, need to be lodged for approval by no later than 5pm on Tuesday 11 June 2019. This will enable these to be included on the 2019 ATO Income Statement.
Supervisors/Managers:
Please ensure that all claims are approved on MyAurion prior to midday Friday 14 June 2019. To assist with processing of claims please approve at your earliest availability prior to midday Friday 14 June 2019.
Payroll Claims
Overtime / Casual Salary Adjustments / Kilometre claims:
Any claims that are relating to the 2019 financial year, will need to be approved and emailed to Payroll by no later than midday on Tuesday 11 June. Any claims emailed to Payroll after this time will be processed in the new financial year.
