Enterprise IT Strategy: Have your say

A draft of UQ’s new Enterprise Information Technology (IT) Strategy is now available, and UQ’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) is seeking your feedback. Read the strategy and have your say to help shape the future of IT at UQ.

The newly drafted strategy was developed in consultation with staff from research, teaching and learning and professional services. It aims to outline key priorities and objectives for IT at UQ in the next three years (2021 – 2023), and covers everything from research and teaching technologies to collaboration, IT support and cyber security.

Visit the Enterprise IT Strategy website to read the draft strategy, which also contains links to several papers discussing topics such as automation, communication and collaboration, data integration and applications.

To give feedback on the Enterprise IT Strategy, visit the strategy website or register to attend one of our Strategy Workshops (either in-person or via Zoom). These workshops aim to provide more information on the strategy, and give you an opportunity to ask questions or make suggestions. You can register for the sessions via the links below:

Finally, if you don’t have time to read the strategy, you can also take a short survey which will help us measure responses to key strategic statements.
