High risk key orders (ServiceFM problem type)

Here's what you can and can't submit under the 'High risk key orders' problem type in ARCHIBUS.

This problem type includes:

• Orders for high-risk University keys, such as building grand master keys, services keys (for plant, electrical, comms, cleaners, Security, etc.), and special restricted keys for restricted areas like PC3 labs, Security offices, access-controlled doors, data centres, etc.

Please note that these requests must usually by submitted by Key Custodians – if the person submitting the request is not a Key Custodian their request may be rejected.
