At The University of Queensland, the ongoing improvement of services that support our teaching, research and operations is an important strategic commitment.
The UniForum Service Effectiveness Survey asks you to rate the importance and effectiveness of services staff use in your role, out of a list of 35 key university services.
All eligible staff received their unique link to this year's survey on Tuesday 28 October 2025.
About the survey
You will be asked to provide feedback on three or more services that you use at UQ. After the first step of the survey, there will be no further questions about services you do not use.
As the survey is designed to take approximately 15 minutes, the list of services may not include everything you use in your role. It may also differ to the list other survey respondents receive.
The survey closes at 5pm on Friday 14 November 2025.
Your response
All response data will only be shared with UQ in a de-identified form. For more information on privacy, see the UniForum Privacy Notice.
Please do not forward your unique survey link on to anyone else – if somebody else completes the survey using your link, you will not be able to respond.
Finally, when providing free text comments, please do not provide any information that could enable you or another individual to be identified (e.g. name or job title).
