Change at UQ - Online Learning

Welcome to Change at UQ

Change is constant at UQ, with a variety of projects and initiatives looking to provide continuous improvement to staff and student experiences.

The Change at UQ program is for staff, designed by staff, to enable professional and academic staff around UQ to understand, support, manage, and lead change in our fast-paced environment.

Through this program you can learn a variety of skills to create, manage, and reinforce effective change at UQ. The Change at UQ course provides a suite of comprehensive online modules that cover key skills for change management, designed to be stacked and completed to suit your needs and project.

This course can be completed by any UQ staff member with an interest in or responsibility for supporting, managing or leading change. Each module has unique content, often tailored to the UQ environment. Within each module, you’ll find topical videos, articles, further reading, and links to resources to help support you through your change challenges.

Below are suggested learning pathways depending on your level of experience. Modules are designed to be selected based on project requirements, learning needs and interests.
