Dear staff,
There was a definite buzz on our campuses last week, as great numbers of students returned to take part in orientation activities, which is always lovely to see.
By all accounts it was a very successful O-Week, and so thank you to everyone who worked hard to ensure that all the events and activities ran smoothly. My thanks also to those who dedicated their efforts over the summer to overseeing enrolments and assisting students ahead of the start of the academic year.
Today marks the first day of Semester 1 classes across all UQ campuses, which is always a busy but exciting time. Please click on the image below to view my message to staff, as we gear up for the 2024 academic year ahead.
