The UQeMarket user guide (PDF, 3.7MB) (staff login required) details the process to navigate UQeMarket, including:

  • searching
  • comparing
  • adding items to a basket
  • checking out a shopping basket
  • frequently asked questions (FAQs).

You can also access the UQeMarket online training modules available through Learn.UQ. 

Product issues

If you have a complaint about a product, contact the supplier. Their contact information can be found under the 'Supplier Info' tab for the item in UQeMarket.

If you’re unhappy with their response, or it’s a major issue, contact the UQeMarket team.

System errors and access issues

Email the UQeMarket team and provide:

  • a screenshot of any errors or problems
  • the web browser you are using
  • the error number, if displayed
  • the requisition or purchase order number
  • a description of what you were doing immediately before the error occurred
  • any other information you think may be relevant.
