UQ's org unit intranet training consists of a required online course for all intranet roles, and a separate training session for coordinators and super users only.

If you are ready to develop an org unit intranet, contact ITS first to set up a meeting to discuss your specific requirements and training needs in more detail.

Request training (for existing intranets)

Before requesting org unit intranet training, make sure you:

  • have the approval of your supervisor
  • have the approval of your intranet coordinator
  • know what role you are taking on your intranet, such as an editor, content owner, super user, etc.

Each participant will receive an email with a link to the relevant Workday course, and any further instructions. You will use your org unit's sandbox to complete the training assessment items.
