Staff can sign up for yoga and pilates classes held at UQ campuses.

Be Well seminars

Be Well seminars are interactive wellbeing seminars delivered by UQ Wellness team members. UQ organisational units can arrange for a seminar to be conducted at their workplace or other appropriate venue across UQ campuses. 

The seminars are designed to promote wellbeing, self-management and awareness, with an emphasis on increasing practical skills.

Each seminar goes for an hour and can be delivered on its own or combined with other topics.

UQ 21-day Wellness Challenge

In 2019 we challenge you to complete a 21-day Wellness Challenge.

Each day you will be provided with an activity, task or challenge to complete, with the goal of improving your health, wellbeing and self-care. Challenges can be completed in any order.

Get a team together and see if you can inspire self-care in your workplace or even at home.

10,000 steps walking challenge

When: August 2019
Where: Across UQ

UQ will be participating in the Australasian universities 10,000 steps walking challenge.

Fire up your competitive spirit by getting a team together from your local area and competing against other universities.
