1. Start the process

Gathering feedback from people you work with enables you to understand their perceptions and the impact of your leadership behaviour. This information provides the basis for your leadership development planning, supporting you to continue becoming a more effective leader.

  • are interested in undertaking the survey
  • have any questions about the 360-degree survey process generally.
