Find events, activities and services to support and promote staff health awareness and wellbeing.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The University's EAP, PeopleSense, can be accessed for personal or work related issues and are designed to provide short-term psychological assistance for employees (or their immediate family members).

AltiusLife

AltiusLife hosts over 1,000 evidence-based articles to support your physical, social and mental wellbeing, along with nutritious recipes, UQ health, safety and wellness events and initiatives, the tools to measure and track your health, and the ability to book your EAP sessions with PeopleSense.
